Description du poste
Reporting to the Vice President of Plantations, you are required to carry out the below duties:
- Mill Operations Management: Oversee the entire palm oil milling process, from fresh fruit bunch (FFB) reception to crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO) production.
- Monitor and control production to achieve maximum efficiency, yield, and quality
- Maintenance & Equipment Management: Plan and oversee regular maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address breakdowns and ensure prompt repairs
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards for palm oil quality (e.g., FFA levels, moisture content)
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain product consistency, labor, and raw materials.

Description du profil
Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Mill Manager within the Palm Oil manufacturing industry in Africa is required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of managing the maintenance and operations of Palm Oil machinery is mandatory
Excellent leadership, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in isolated site
Excellent Fluency in English is required, French is a bonus
Strong knowledge of palm oil processing technology, machinery and maintenance
