They are looking for experienced Solution Consultants F/H to support their most strategic Enterprise segment. As Solution Consultants, you will be at the core of their sales efforts, acting as trusted advisors to the clients. Your mission is to understand client challenges, provide tailored solutions, and help the envision how the platform can transform their operations and help them achieve their goals.



Your responsabilities :


  • Partner with sales teams to drive growth among our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their organizational challenges, offering guidance to identify the most impactful use cases.
  • Deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to demonstration, emphasizing the unique value solutions.
  • Lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate both business and technical audiences.
  • Participate in strategic account planning by imagining tailor-made value propositions in close collaboration with the sales representative in charge of the account.
  • Manage functional responses for tenders and qualified projects.
  • Play a key role in the success of a growing pre-sales team and help shape our processes.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy in the region through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive the product roadmap based on field feedback.
  • Come up with new ways of how we can approach our customers to create a lasting impression (workshop methods, creative formats, novel customer experiences / demo experiences,..).

Description du profil

Your profile :


  • Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant pre-sales experience in software, managing large, strategic accounts, ideally within a SaaS company (alternatively: an integrator, or a consulting firm). Experience in value-based selling.
  • Strategic Account Management: Experience in building successful account plans to retain and grow clients while responding proactively to challenges. Proven track record of acquiring and expanding significant strategic accounts within your portfolio.
  • Executive Relationships: Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts. Ability to build relationships with customer executives while coordinating with stakeholders on account objectives and engagements.
  • Team Spirit for Growth: Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. Independent and proactive, you bring creativity and adaptability to your role and are open to being hands-on to solve complex operational problems. At ease in an international setting, you have full proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mind: We look for entrepreneurial minded talents who think outside the box and are willing to create impact both, with our clients, but also internally by coming up with novel ideas to get things done. A plus: exerience in asset creation like videos, demo walk-throughs, Sales collaboration rooms.
