Skipper (m/f) Relais & Châteaux

We are looking for a skilled Skipper to drive our Resort's boat, ensuring safety, smooth operation, and excellent guest service. The role involves boat operations and communication with hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

Boat Operation & Maintenance:
- Ensure the safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Resort's boat, including repairs, driving,docking, mooring, engine check,s and inspections.
Guest & Transfer Coordination:
- Communicating with other hotel departments & external partners regarding sea transfers and excursions, ensuring timely guest arrivals.
Team Management:
- Responsible for the second crew member,ensuring all crew onboard are always on highest level of professionalism,guest's service,wearing uniform & following Resort's regulations.
Procurement & Inventory:
- Manage boat supplies,including inventory control of consumables and equipment.
Safety & Operations:
Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Other Duties:
- Provide guest information, attend meetings, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

- Valid Captain's license (boat driving licence category C)
- Previous experience in the same or similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of navigation techniques, including reading charts, using GPS, and understanding maritime laws.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including emergency protocols, first aid, and rescue techniques.
