Your missions consist of:

• Welcoming French and international customers physically and by telephone

• Guarantee the smooth running of guests' stays and optimize their satisfaction by offering efficient, fast and courteous service

• Inform and inform our customers during their stay

• Carry out receipts for additional services

• Monitor customer files and reservation planning

Your strengths to succeed in this position:

• You have proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the outdoor hospitality sector

• You are fluent in English, a second language is a plus
