Job title - Registration Manager - Agri - International M/F

Your Key responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Registration and Regulatory Affairs Director and to complete the team of 4 people, you will be responsible in developing and maintaining approvals in support of Action Pin's commercial development in Europe, Asia and Africa. You will be in charge of overseeing, managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the pesticide biocide, bio stimulants, product registration program for the territory of responsibility. You will ensure the maintenance of existing registration and the advancement of new zonal/ national authorizations.

Your main missions will be the following:

1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet the necessary regulatory standards and guidelines set by governmental and international bodies. This includes preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers, overseeing studies to support registration activities, and acting as a liaison between Action Pin and regulatory authorities.
2. Product Development: Work closely with Business Innovation teams to ensure that new products are developed in compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes providing strategic regulatory expertise and support throughout the product development process as well as multi years certification plan.
3. Market Access: Help the Action Pin gain market access by obtaining the necessary approvals and registrations for products in different regions. This involves understanding and navigating the regulatory landscapes of EU, Asia and Africa, countries.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical support and strategic insight to Business Innovation colleagues, enabling Action Pin to effectively plan and deliver registrations of new products. This helps maximize the return on research and development investments.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Represent the Action Pin in industry trade associations and regulatory forums.

You bring
● Studies: Master level in chemistry, agronomy, biology or any related domains, ideally complemented by a training in registration process.
● Experience: Successful 5 -10 years' experience in registration in the plant protection sector (plant protection products, adjuvants, bio stimulants, fertilizers) at European and international level (company, consultant, evaluation body). Specific knowledge of biocontrol product will be appreciated.
● Team spirit and listening ability.
● Very good written and oral communication.
● Autonomy, organization, rigor and open-mindedness.
● Fluent in French and English. Fluency in another language will be appreciated.
● Knowledge in IUCLID will be a plus.
