They're reinventing how car dealerships handle phone calls.
Every month, dealerships lose business because 30% of calls go unanswered and most leads don't get followed up.
They're building voice-first AI agents that pick up every call, qualify leads instantly, and book appointments on the spot - 24/7.
After joining Y Combinator, launching with dozens of dealerships in France and the US, and raising our first round, they're now looking for a backend engineer to help them scale
You'll work closely with the co-founders (ex-McKinsey, Bain, QuantumBlack) to ship fast, own core architecture decisions, and have a direct impact on a live product used by thousands of drivers.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :
- Design and build FastAPI services to support real-time voice processing and AI integration.
- Model and manage PostgreSQL databases to store voice data, metadata, and user activity.
- Deploy and maintain backend infrastructure on AWS
- Optimize backend performance for low-latency voice streams and high-concurrency usage.
- Implement secure API authentication and access control

Et vous !
- Strong experience in backend development (Python / FastAPI preferred)
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure & deployment (AWS / Docker)
- Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, AWS
- Real-time voice + AI infrastructure
- Solid engineering mindset: autonomy, reliability, and a taste for fast shipping
- Bonus: frontend experience
- Bonus²: passion for voice, AI, or the automotive space
