Key responsibilities
As a Perfumery & Beauty Buyer Procurement, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing strategies for several categories on a regional and global level.
- Sourcing Strategy & Procurement Plan: Design and implement global and regional saving opportunities, regularly reporting the status of these initiatives.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, lead fact-based negotiations, and continuously track supplier performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business management and site teams to ensure effective procurement and resource allocation.
- Strategy Implementation: Monitor and ensure the implementation of sourcing strategies, breaking down organizational barriers and engaging business users for successful execution.
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Selection: Oversee the strategic sourcing process, select key suppliers, and manage collaboration for knowledge sharing and communication with stackholders.

You bring
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in purchasing.
- Self-taught, proactive, independent, and able to work in a global team environment.
- Data analysis and advanced negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and business skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
