Within Saint-Gobain's Marketing & Development Department, you will join the Offer & Product Management Team for Mortars (Tile Adhesives, Tile Grout, Façades, Flooring).

The role of the apprentice will be to work with the International Market Managers to assist in the developing and execution of product management strategies, including data analysis, market assessment and communication guidelines to support the Mortars product portfolio. You will work as well with the Market Intelligence team to perform some market research.

Missions

Product Management

  • Support market studies: market sizing, market share, drivers, constraints, trends, competition portfolio analysis, pricing positioning, overall strategies.
  • Data analysis: using Excel, to provide clear performance analysis from all different regions worldwide, including revenue, margin, volume;
  • Support fostering the development of sustainable offers for Mortars (decarbonation, packaging, communication, etc);
  • Interface with R&D, communication, purchasing, market intelligence and other product areas.

Marketing

  • Internal Community animation in order to engage professionals worldwide;
  • Assists the Mortars Brands Manager to develop communications plans for the product portfolio.
  • Assists team members on product portfolio global projects: creation of content for social media / campaigns /PowerPoint presentations of product value propositions.
  • Works with the external agency to create communication tools.
  • Support in organizing internal events.
  • Refresh all the existing documents (Induction to Mortars, Unicampus Mortars presentation, e-technical trainings).

Description du profil

Education: Master 1 or 2 - Business School, Engineering, Statistics

First experience in Product Management, Marketing and Data Analysis is mandatory.

Language skills: Fluent in English (daily use, spoken and written) is mandatory. French is desirable.

Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), comfortable with digital tools.

Behavioral skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze and present information accurately, concisely and clearly
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive/reactive and work independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Curious, rigorous and organized.
