Description du poste
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Science Teams, and reporting directly to Maxime the Chief Scientifc Officer, we are creating a new team called the Help & Target Validation Team (H&TVTeam) which will operate as a scientific operational margin team. The objective of this team is twofold:
- Capacity to transiently support ongoing R&D activities
- Ability to quickly explore important uncovered topics to validate targets
All together with the rest of the team, composed at the beginning of 3 people, you will work as a "Swiss knife" interfacing with TreeFrog's Research teams. This team will not have its own projects but will work temporarily (maximum 3 months) on risky and/or unplannable but priority subjects. You have to be willing to experiment, and show a certain flexibility.
RESPONSABILITIES
Working on R&D projects, your main objective will be to provide experimentally backed evidence that will be transferred to dedicated teams. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
1. Perform technical demonstrations of feasibility
2. Provide technical solutions
3. Document and transfer the knowledge you produce
Your day to day activities will be:
- Literature searches on existing solutions
- Conducting experiments (experimental design, appropriate implementation of techniques, analysis of data)
- Interface with the CSO to ensure efficient and timely execution
- Production of a final report.
- Transfer knowledge to target teams
- Ensure internal communication
