To support us in our digital transformation and acceleration in an increasingly competitive market, we are looking for a Traffic Manager Paid Social Media within the Marketing & Communication team, who will oversee the activities of 4 schools in the international scope on social networks and Google.
Under the supervision of our Paid Media Manager, your missions will be as follows:
1.Strategy and Planning
Participate in the development of campaign strategies
Identify the most relevant platforms and target audiences
2.Campaign management
Monitor performance for optimization, A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ads, keywords, copy, and visuals.
Challenge agencies to achieve the best results
3.Optimization and Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance in real-time to ensure they meet the set objectives
Use analytical tools to monitor and analyze KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, etc.
CamAdjust campaigns based on results, which may include ad modifications, budget adjustments, targeting changes, keyword adjustments, etc.
4.Reporting and Recommendations
Create detailed reports on campaign results.
Insights and Recommendations: Provide analyses and recommendations based on past performance to improve campaigns.
5.Coordination and Collaboration with other departments (communication, sales)

Description du profil
Proven successful experience in an agency or with an advertiser.
Proficiency in English and Spanish at C1 level.
Mastery of various social media campaign scheduling tools.
Autonomous and organized.
Agile, responsive, and comfortable with project management.
