About the Position:
We are looking for a motivated and creative bilingual English-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team.
You will be involved in various digital marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and social media, creating marketing materials, and organizing major events for two modalities: Image Guided Therapy (IGT) and Mammo/X-Ray. You will work closely with the Marcom modality managers and support the updating of internal digital platforms and the development of new website content.
Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, programmatic advertising, and mailing.
Update the company website (pages, new content, etc.).
Maintain internal digital platforms up to date (modality websites and Showpad).
Assist in creating and distributing digital and printed marketing materials (brochures, flyers, roll-ups, emails, social media content).
Support marketing teams in preparing and organizing modality congresses and events.
Assist in translation activities, ensuring content validation by agencies and regions.
Validate marketing content on the regulatory platform (Veeva Promomats).

Profile:
You have a degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field, along with previous experience in a similar role. You have expertise in digital marketing, including email and search engine advertising and social media. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. You can perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment, work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail and organization while respecting processes. Flexibility, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) are also essential.
