**Job Description:**
**Airbus Helicopters* is looking for a *ILS Manager/Responsible Legacy PSO Support Integrated Logistics (f/m)* to join our Support and Customers Services department based in * Marignane, France.**
You will be part of a team maintaining support for customers that fly Legacy Helicopters . As part of the Legacy Plateau , you will be involved in all ILS Activities for all versions of the Legacy Fleets aiming at supporting them until end of life .

**Your challenges:**
* Manage and provide ILS & SB systems in accordance with the Support and Services Policy defined by the Legacy Program Support Manager for all Legacy versions / modifications / customizations / of the Legacy Programs.
* The Legacy ILS Responsible represents all S&S matters and coordinates all S&S disciplines: Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Technical Data, Aircrew, Troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance definition, Logistic Support, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Service Bulletin (SB),Training, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul, Maintainability & Reliability. To provide the optimized solution to the Customer.
* Translate the Support & Services policy into detailed requirements for the contributors : Design for Support, Material Support, Technical Documentation, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, Service Bulletin, Commercial policy, Technical Assistance, Tools, Customer Interface and communication, Training Support and any other Support system.
* Develop and Contribute to the Legacy ILS plan, including the V&V approach (development and finalization, then continued Support capability).
* Schedule ILS & SB activities in accordance with the product development plan, from Launch to Deployment to Customers..
* Identify and ensure timely availability of consistent input data for ILS & SB deliverables.
* Maintain and communicate the Legacy ILS plan and the ILS roadmap to all Legacy Programs, S&S, Design Office, Logistic, Global Supply Chain (GSC), etc.
* Manage, coordinate and synchronize Functions towards the achievement of S&S deliverables.
* Identify and manage S&S Risks and Opportunities, supports cost to completion and Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Maintains the link between S&S deliverables and Product configuration As-To-Be-Maintained (ATBM).
* Participate and Prepare as a mandated S&S representative, the Change Board committee. Assess Changes and impact on Customers, Maintenance performance and S&S data. Identify Changes priority in accordance with Customers, Maturity, Logistic, SB & Operations requirements,
* Coordinate the contributions of S&S Management functions to changes (scenarios, costing, forecasts, planning, deliverables).
* Push S&S objectives towards Design, Programs, GSC (direct maintenance costs, service levels, ILS constraints, PIP (Production Improvement Plan), MIP (Maintenance Improvement Plan)) with the Legacy Product Managers.
* Report and animate KPIs on Input data availability and ILS deliverables, On time and Quality.
* Contribute to internal PSO ILS & SBs Legacy continuous improvement.
**Your profile:**
* Min 3 years of ILS Experience
* Sound knowledge of ILS processes and Support activities including change Process
* Project Management (Planning and Coordination)
* Good Communication Skills
* Customer Interaction (Internal/External)
* Knowledge on ILS Disciplines
