ArianeGroup GmbH in Lampoldshausen is looking for a Intern for the department JLOC "Commercial Management" starting from 01.06.2025.

Your main tasks and activities:

• Supporting the Commercial Management team from business development, proposal preparation to contract drafting.
• Independently taking on special tasks and working on ongoing, operational tasks or various improvement projects, such as preparing offers, structuring the digital document repository and available commercial information, carrying out trend analyses from customer data, updating product information in the online area, etc.
• Supporting the creation of a training/process manual for Commercial Management employees.
• Simplification, further development or automation of our existing tools. For example, Excel proposal lists, Access databases or cost calculations.
• Planning and designing various marketing activities for the company.
• Participation in our regular team meetings and full integration into our team.

You have the following qualifications:

• Enrolled student (d/f/m) in the field of business administration, engineering, industrial engineering or law with a specialization in commercial / corporate management or comparable.
• Responsible handling of sensitive data.
• Enjoy dealing with people and have a confident manner.
• Strong communication skills.
• Structured and systematic way of working.
• Enjoy working on projects and taking on responsibility.
• Experience in working with digital tools (MS Office, SAP).
• Experience with databases (e.g. MS Access) and programming languages is optional and helpful
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and enjoy working with data.
• Good written and spoken English or German skills.
