Je suis Elodie, recruteur chez Fed Human à Toulouse, spécialisée dans le recrutement des fonctions RH généralistes, spécialisés ainsi que les métiers de la paie.
Dans ce cadre, je recherche pour l'un de mes clients (Secteur Santé R&D), un HR Advisor (F/H) pour un poste en intérim de 3 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement. Démarrage au plus vite.
Le poste est situé au Sud de Toulouse, les locaux sont agréables et faciles d'accès.
Rémunération selon profil : 30/35K
Join a local HR team for a HR Advisor position based in Toulouse and support the Team Lead Operational HR Services (Team of 5 members).
As HR Advisor, you ensure execution excellence of the HR administrative processes, with a continuous improvement mindset to constantly increase process efficiency.
You are responsible for first line communication with employees and line managers about a variety of subjects including attendance, onboarding and policies, contracts.

You are also knowledgeable about Workday and can provide support for employees and line managers if required.
You will report to the Team Lead HR Operational services and will work within a HR advisor team.
You main missions will be :
* Dealing promptly with employee queries; provide advice and support
* Talent Acquisition process: work with TA acquisition team to manage the job offer, and workday update incl pre-employment activities (if applicable)
* Workday - employee main contact, drives Workday processes & reporting
* General administration & Contract management
* Delivery of HR Reports & Analytics
* Ensure and deploy all the administrative task for the legal training plan in France
* Manage contract employments and amendment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities :
* Initial experience with HR management software such as Workday
* French HR & legal knowledge
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (good level of excel)
* Well organized and structured approach in managing a variety of topics and tasks
* Independent and transparent way of working with attention to details
* Prioritization and Multi-Tasking skills
* Interest in working in a dynamic international environment
* Collaborative and customer orientated mindset
* Perfect knowledge of Training Regulations (OPCO fundings, master training legal requirements and training legal taxes)
* English and French required !
Durée du contrat : 3 mois
