Key Responsibilities
· Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
· HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain HR systems (Dayforce), and handle HR documentation.
· Workforce Development: Oversee onboarding, support professional development, and identify growth potential within the team.
· Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that foster engagement, well-being, and clear communication.
· HR Strategy: Lead change efforts, contribute to policy updates, and analyze HR data for decision-making.
Location: France (Preferred) or other European locations
Working Language: English

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Knowledge:
· Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
· Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Dayforce) and recruitment platforms.
· Understanding of European labour laws and compliance requirements.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
· At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Generalist HR experience, including employee engagement and compliance, is advantageous.
· Familiarity with multinational or educational organizations is beneficial.
