As Ready Mix Segment Manager, you will report to the Cement BU Director.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Pilots profitable growth in regions and countries via differentiated offering and know-how

- Supports BU roadmap definition and implementation

- Maintains strong interaction with RCBD's and country sales to speed up the time-to-market of Innovation & strategic actions

- Joins and presents at key customer meetings & industry events

- Owns innovation pipeline and ROC reviews

- Drives new product launch in the countries (together with RCBDs and ITM's)

- Owns certain R&D projects.

Description du profil

You have knowledge of cement and cement additives, and you have had the opportunity to develop in an industrial environment in order to be credible with customers and stakeholders.
Your previous experience has provided you with solid commercial experience (general management, business development, strategic marketing, sales management), and a results-oriented outlook.
You have the ability to work in a matrix organization, mainly through influencing skills. You know how to work effectively with international teams, while respecting local cultures and practices.
Your skills enable you to manage complex programs, including R&D projects, as part of a step-by-step process.
Job location: European Union (time zone allowing discussions with colleagues in other regions + frequent meetings at Paris headquarters).
