VRD Engineer/Site Manager Réseau Alliance

Overseeing construction crews and equipment:

• Provide leadership, direction, and optimization of on-site teams.

• Manage subcontractors by selecting the most suitable vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance.

Ensuring worksite safety:

• Implement and enforce all applicable safety regulations.

• Establish appropriate preventive measures and safety awareness training for teams.

Adhering to technical standards:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of VRD construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, roads, networks).

• Apply DTUs (Documents Techniques Unifiés) and specifications to ensure compliance.

Optimizing costs:

• Conduct accurate measurements and prepare detailed cost estimates.

• Negotiate purchases and monitor material consumption to minimize expenses.

Guaranteeing work quality:

• Perform regular inspections and quality control checks.

• Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Public Works

• At least 3 years of experience in managing VRD construction projects

• Proficiency in VRD construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, roads, networks)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in French and English

• Salary Range: €50K - €60K + Bonuses
