IT Manager Relais & Châteaux

• Responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, theProperty Management System (PMS) & Point of Sales System (POS), throughout Twin Farms.
• Perform system audits and structural mapping of resort assets.
• Provide user training and support of all property/site systems, network security, hardware , and software as appropriate.
• Maximize the potential of each platform to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
• Communicate a weekly IT Summary to management.
• Ensure that all existing processes are documented to facilitate new On-Boarding procedures.
• Improve training and operational procedures within each department to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Committed to delivering high levels of service to both end-users and guests as required.
• Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and end-users while engaging our Managed Service Provider as necessary.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.
• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, including written procedures and documentation.
• Keep updated with the latest hotel technology and security risks regularly.
• Be the on-site contact/coordinator for projects, upgrades, enhancements.

• Hospitality Industry Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Provide excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player who displays good human relations skills.
• Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Prior experience with Maestro PMS, Silverware POS & Alice guest service module a plus.
