L'équipe Accounting d'Amazon France recherche actuellement un(e) contrôleur financier expérimenté rattaché au Senior Finance Manager pour rejoindre dans le cadre d'un CDI son équipe de 8 personnes responsables du contrôle des comptes des entités françaises couvrant l'ensemble des activités du groupe en France (retail, AWS, devices, etc.).
Le/la candidat(e) devra disposer d'excellentes compétences comptables, et maîtriser le référentiel comptable français et/ou belges. La maîtrise des US GAAP et IFRS est un plus.
Le/la candidat(e) devra être un(e) professionnel(le) exceptionnel(le), dépassant constamment les objectifs, recherchant un environnement de travail stimulant, et pouvant contribuer à la croissance rapide de nos activités en France.
Dans un environnement en évolution rapide, il/elle sera amené(e) à collaborer avec différents départements et sera en contact régulier avec des acteurs clés de la finance et des opérationnels en France et à l'international.
Ses responsabilités incluront notamment :
- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles pour les entités françaises et belges en normes locales pour les besoins statutaires
- Participation aux revues analytiques mensuelles des bilans et des comptes de résultat en US GAAP et normes locales
- Préparation des comptes statutaires et des déclarations fiscales
- Collaboration active au lancement de nouvelles entités, activités et autres projets en lien avec le développement du groupe en France et en Belgique
- Réalisation d'analyses comptables sur des sujets complexes et rédaction de position papers en French/Belgium GAAP et US GAAP
- Collaboration avec des acteurs cross-fonctionnels dans le but de maintenir des processus et des contrôles efficaces
- Participation active à des initiatives internationales d'amélioration, standardisation, refonte des processus et contrôles, mise en application des best practices, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes IT et en démontrant une bonne compréhension des systèmes de reporting financier
- Communications régulières avec les tiers, incluant notamment les commissaires aux comptes, les consultants et les prestataires

Amazon's French accounting team is currently looking for a Finance Manager, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager to join for a permanent position in its team of 8 persons in charge of controllership of the French entities covering all activities of the Group in France and Belgium (retail, AWS, devices, etc.).
The candidate will need to have solid accounting skills, and be experienced with French GAAP as well as with US GAAP and/or IFRS.
This individual will be an exceptional professional, who consistently exceeds expectations, thrives in a challenging workplace environment, and can actively contribute to supporting our rapidly growing activity in France and Belgium.
In a fast-paced environment, he or she will be working cross-functionally and have regular interaction with other key finance and business partners in France, Belgium and globally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities for French and Belgium entities for statutory purposes
- Participating in monthly analytical reviews of Balance Sheets and Income Statements
- Preparing statutory accounts to support tax and statutory compliance
- Actively participating in supporting current and future entities and business launch initiatives and other projects related to the development of the Group in France and Belgium
- Conducting thorough analysis of complex accounting issues and preparing US and Local GAAP technical position papers
- Working with various cross-functional stakeholders to continue maintaining efficient and compliant processes, and effective controls
- Actively participating in cross-country improvement initiatives, standardization, re-engineering of processes and controls, and implementation of best practices, working closely with systems teams and demonstrating strong understanding of financial accounting systems
- Conducting regular communications with third parties, including but not limited to auditors, consultants and service providers
