Instrumentation supervisor - Expatriation (H/F) ADSEARCH

Adsearchs Industry and Engineering division is recruiting for its client, an international Industrial Group present in 15 countries with a turnover of 6 billion euros, an Instrumentation Supervisor for an expatriate position on a site based in Kazakhstan.

On a state-of-the-art industrial site established in 2015, comprising multicultural teams of 200 employees and around 150 subcontractors, and reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will lead a team of 25 technicians and engineers and oversee all maintenance activities and new projects of the team. Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HSE and environmental standards and following the group's corporate policy on HSE, compliance, and CSRD ESG. Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions for subordinates and performers, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection and the group's standards.

• Performing control of the plants measuring devices, sensors, and controlling systems.
• 
  
• Securing proper preparation of preventive maintenance that must be applied to all types of measures throughout the plant.
• 
  
• Checking the plants supervision system (SCADA System) to monitor any deficient measures that need correction.
• 
  
• Calibrating and maintaining the plants gas analyzers -- Kiln Inlet, Precalciner, and Preheater Outlet.
• 
  
• Supporting the Automation Department for proper follow-up of analog signals from field location to PLC input.
• 
  
• Participating in efficiently managing and continuously improving the reduction of CO2 emissions (and other greenhouse gases).
• 
  

Reporting:

The Instrumentation Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Director.

Profile

• 
  
• Electrical Engineer degree with a proven track record in heavy industry of at least 5 years.
• 
  
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• 
  
• Knowledge of Siemens hardware and software. Experience in industrial network environments, PLC programming, and SCADA systems (InTouch).
• 
  
• Loyalty, proactivity, analytical skills, organization, focus on results, deadlines, and quality, team builder
• 
  
• Fluent in English, Russian fluency is ideally desired.
•

Ingénieur électricien diplômé, vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en industrie lourde dont au moins 5 à un poste similaire.

Vous connaissez les matériels et logiciels Siemens, la programmation PLC et système SCADA.

Leader, fédérateur et curieux, votre excellent niveau d'anglais (minimum courant) vous permettra de vous adapter dans un milieu multiculturel, la maîtrise du Russe est un atout indéniable.
