M&A Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis

• Perform company valuations

• Conduct market analysis and research on counterparts

• Lead negotiations

• Develop business plans with operational teams

• Independently manage M&A processes

• Recruit and build your team to execute mandates

• Manage a dedicated back-middle office team

• Develop local business activities

• Engage in commercial prospecting

• Source new clients

Country Development

• Enhance the firm's visibility in the sector

• Foster relationships with advisors and partners

• Manage P&L responsibilities

• Recruit and lead the head of offices across Germany

• Oversee other office locations

• Report to the group

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in an M&A firm

• Proficient in financial analysis and corporate finance challenges

• Deep understanding of the industrial landscape with an established business network in the region

• Strong interest in marketing and commerce, in addition to technical skills

• A developer mindset with strong commercial acumen

• Proven team management skills

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a plus
