**Airbus Helicopters** is looking for a **Private Cloud Product Manager** (f/m)* * to join our* Information Management Department* based in *Marignane, France.*

As a **Private Cloud Product Manager, **you will be part of the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms team. You will be accountable end-to-end of the Hosting Private Cloud and virtualization infrastructures . You will be in charge of the development of the Service Catalog of our products and solutions.

*Your Challenges:*

* * Design * the new solutions and features to meet the Business requirements

* * Implement IT operational processes and procedures * to monitor the robustness, optimization, automation and security of the solutions

* *Steer the providers* on transformation and Business projects and follow-up Run activities

* * Maintain life cycle of IT assets * and ensure the completeness of their technical & functional information including their relations in the configuration management database (CMDB)

* * Provide guidance and support to internal teams * regarding the proper usage of IT platform solutions

* * Propose continuous improvement *

* You know the ITIL framework

* You have troubleshooting skills allowing you to solve complex issues and provide effective solutions.

* You have a good knowledge of

* Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Dell & HPe Servers, SAN & vSAN.

* Zabbix Monitoring, Dynatrace, Grafana

* Ansible, OpenShift, SCCM, RedHat Satellite, ServiceNow

* Windows & Linux operating systems, AWS.

* Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, PHP, javascript
