Description du poste
You will join an established and continuously growing multidisciplinary team, responding to a steady flow of patient referrals across two centers equipped with 10 operating rooms and 7 consultation rooms.
In this role, you will perform oral surgery procedures, including complex tooth extractions, cyst and benign tumor surgeries, implant placement, bone grafting, as well as managing oral pathologies and trauma cases.
Your daily schedule will primarily focus on surgical procedures, and you will also have opportunities to contribute to research projects. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff, a healthcare manager overseeing patient care, and administrative support.
The practice emphasizes a personalized approach to patient care, fostering humble, transparent, and equitable collaboration between practitioners and healthcare professionals. Your role will involve constant communication and collaboration with fellow surgeons and medical staff to enhance patient care pathways and ensure high-quality treatment outcomes.
You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and the latest digital tools, including intraoral cameras, optical impressions, and radiography equipment.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to internal decision-making and projects, focusing on practice growth, workplace improvements, and quality enhancement in patient care and treatment approaches. You will benefit from continuous training and peer discussions, including weekly brainstorming sessions, and you are expected to be proactive in these initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits :
· Independent contractor agreement (non-salaried collaboration).
· Revenue-sharing model: 40% of personal revenue.

You are registered with the National Order of Dental Surgeons and hold a specialization in oral surgery. This position is open to international candidates, and the practice will provide full administrative support to facilitate licensing, relocation, and mobility.
You are fluent in french.

You will be joining a dynamic oral surgery practice recognized for its expertise in complex oral surgery procedures and oral rehabilitation. The practice consists of approximately 23 professionals, including 7 practitioners: 4 qualified oral surgery specialists and 3 specialists in oral and dental medicine.
Due to increasing demand for surgical interventions, we are looking for an Oral Surgeon (M/F) to strengthen our existing team.
The position is primarily based in Toulouse (31), with occasional travel required to the second facility near Auch (32). You will have the flexibility to reside in the area of your choice.
