Chef de projet - Médicaments de thérapies innovantes (H/F) Genius Talent

On the scope of the Customer projects :

Contribute to offer and contract establishment (Cost, Time, Quality, Deliverables) lead by the Business Development.
Execute the product management plan including the risk and change management, ensuring and optimizing cost, time, and quality.
Create a relationship of trust and collaboration with the customers.


For each of the Customer project in charge:

Design the scope and size of the project as part of the offer establishment process owned by the Business Development department, monitor progress of projects against plan.
Collaborate with all the stakeholders across the organization (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance) and the customer.
Execute the project management process: initiate, plan, execute, control & monitor, close.
Be the single point of contact with the Customer, from the WO signature to the closing. Establish regular communication pattern to share information & updates with interna & external stakeholders thorough the duration of the project.
Lead the project team and track the activities considering the robustness and maturity of the organization and the challenge of the project.
Manage the risks of the project, i.e. identify solutions, assess, and mitigate the risks.
Manage the changes asked by the Customer and/or proposed by the company, i.e. assess the feasibility and the risks, define cost and timelines, and update the contract/Work Order accordingly.
In case of issues, elaborate a robust solution (goal, time, cost) with the team and present it to the Customer.

Scientific degree level qualification (e.g. Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry) .
