As the International Business Development Director, your objective will be to develop and strengthen D-ICE's commercial activity with strategic maritime accounts (shipowners, offshore, oil, marine energy, wind energy, etc.).

You will be responsible for expanding our presence in international markets in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Description du profil

  • University degree in commerce, marketing, management, or a related field.

  • Significant experience (at least 10 years) in business development in international markets in the maritime/offshore sector. Experience in an onboard position would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and standards.

  • Experience in complex and technical sales with long sales cycles.

  • "Hunter" mindset, business developer, with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics.

  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Ability to work independently, mobilize on projects, identify strategic and operational priorities, and bring innovative ideas.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Sensitivity to environmental issues.

  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual in English. French would be appreciated

  • International travel required.
