We are looking for a *SDM (Supplier Development Management)* to come onboard in our *Operations and Procurement* *Directorate *in* Olivier*'s team : a team of 40 collaborators!

* Mission & scope:
The jobholder is in charge to secure crisis management methodology deployment with ATR suppliers in order to ensure sustainable deliveries (Line Fit/FAL and Aftermarket) and to ensure current and future suppliers performance targets are achieved.
* Key tasks/responsibilities. The jobholder is notably in charge of:
* Developing relevant relationship with supplier top management to diagnose organizational/process weaknesses and develop immediate solutions.
* Defining and characterizing Supply Chain issues at supplier and in the frame of its business relationship with ATR. Creating the adequate Multi-Functional Team (Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Program, Customer Support) between ATR and supplier to address the issues. Project managing and reviewing specific work streams where gaps are identified.
* Developing with relevant supplier a Supply Chain Improvement plan to achieve mid-term/long term supply chain delivery performance targets.
* Defining through all tiers of the supply chain specific development activities and Problem resolution activities where identified issue or risk have been flagged via supplier mapping or other sources.
* Seeking opportunities to apply lessons learned in order to continually develop ATR supplier management processes and competences through identification and engagement of best practice and innovative solutions.
* Acting as a champion for unique projects requiring high level of broad expertise and knowledge from diverse industrial backgrounds ensuring best in class approach to resolve problem statements. Identify the supplier weaknesses, capabilities, capacities, axis of improvements and development to improve supply chain maturity and robustness.
* Developing continuous improvement approach and mindset, and contribute to anticipate recurring supplier issues and initiative preventive KPIs.
* Driving the implementation of supply chain continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 6 Sigma, Problem Solving, Knowledge sharing, ...), and tools (indicators, process controls, test means, ...) at supplier site, bring expertise to resolve issues and develop best practices.
* Run industrial capacity assessments and risks analysis to secure suppliers' ability to support ATR ramp up.
* Developing adequate recovery delivery dashboard and executive summary for ATR Executive management team.
* Supporting Supply Chain officers (Line Fit/FAL and aftermarket) whenever it is necessary to tackle short term issues and therefore acting as a fire-fighter.
* Liaising with the relevant Buyers to understand the levers ATR has towards the supplier.
* Liaising with Quality people to coordinate actions towards suppliers.
* About you *
* Ability to integrate complex situations (combinations of multiple long-standing issues), the project and customer requirements, and propose improvements/solutions in terms of project structure and people. Deep understanding of the business, the context and major challenges in order to handle internal customers' needs and develop approaches which satisfy their expectations.
* Very strong industrial background.
* Ability to define and establish appropriate overall performance management that facilitates achievement of business objectives and key deliverables through transparent visualization of current status and risks, incorporating elements that also enable indication of future performance.
* Ability to establish a culture of improvement that exploits, supports and manages improvement opportunities and activities.
* Ability to adapt and use multiples forms of interaction styles to convince and / or persuade people / stakeholders to follow ideas and proposals.
* Ability to use flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work.
* Ability to work in a multicultural context and to interact with people of different cultural background in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted results.
* Ability to apply various techniques to complement, sum up, analyze and challenge information, according to objectives.
* Graduate Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience at the senior level required
* Minimum of 7 years within the aerospace industry preferred
* Working in Multi-cultural environment experience in Europe preferred
* Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to speak effectively and easily with both internal and external senior executives and employees.
* An advanced level of English and French is required for this position, Italian would be a plus.
