- The Senior Partner, Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR) has overall responsibility to lead delivery of Employee Relations and Labor Relations Services for designated workforce group(s) within a defined perimeter inside the country.- They are responsible for the effective management of Employee Relations matters and for the Employment law expertise in their perimeter.- They manage Labor Relations in partnership with the Businesses (CBA administration and negotiation, employee representatives' meetings, LR procedures ...). - They will provide overall Labor Relations support throughout the collective bargaining process. They will drive proactive initiatives to increase ER/LR awareness with Managers & Employees and will support any ad hoc workforce events (M&A, Divestitures, etc.) requiring ER or LR involvement.- The Senior Partner, ER/LR operates as a steward for the company, escalating matters of concern as necessary to ensure that the interest of the company is protected.- The Senior Partner, ER/LR manages assigned cases to ensure appropriate resolution of service requests within defined time periods, levels of accuracy and quality standards and customer satisfaction levels. They adhere to established standards and guidelines.The Senior Partner, Employee & Labor Relations treats the workforce respectfully and maintains high levels of confidentiality, trust and integrity in the handling of sensitive matters.- They foster a culture of rigorous adherence to standards, process excellence and continuous improvement. The Senior Partner ER/LR will have a strong focus on employee & labor relations support for one or several restructuring projects in the country.

Description du profil

- 10+ years HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations and Labor Relations- Expertise of Employment and Labor Relations regulations & practices- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems- Experience managing, planning and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives- Knowledge of organizational design- Experience of industrial labor relations and of direct management of complex negotiations and sensitive issues- Identified specific expertise on at least one given topic belonging to the ER/LR domain- Detail-oriented (especially with regard to effectively managing employee relations issues)- Influence leadership skills, in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment- Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills- Analytical skills- Influence, negotiation and consultative skills- Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills- Strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to diverse audience- Strong communication (oral and written) skills- Strong MS office and related technology tools skills- Fluency in French & in English95 K€ to 115 K€ up to 3 days of teleworking per week
