As part of the Group Enterprise Architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture for all business lines within our global, federated organization.
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will provide modeling, analysis and guidance to make smart and informed decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, technology trends, and industry best practices.
You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, IT leaders, technical experts to drive the development of target and transition architectures from the business, application, data and technology perspective.
As Group Enterprise Architect, you will have to deeply understand the Saint-Gobain organizational and business specificities to become a trustable partner across the Group. Your ability to create strong relationships with the architecture representatives in the Business Units will be crucial in fostering a consistent digital ecosystem based on our architectural principles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision that supports the company's strategic goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the group digital ecosystem and global solutions
- Support the Business Units through on demand Enterprise Architecture missions (e.g. Capability Based Planning, M&A IT Convergence, Application Portfolio Assessment, Solution Architecture Design)
- Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and methodologies
- Build and promote reference architectures
- Assess IT landscapes, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps for improvement and modernization
- Support the design and development of enterprise-wide IT solutions, including system integration, data management, and cloud adoption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Partner with the Global Digital and IT teams (Infrastructure, Cyber-Security and Digital Solutions, Data and ERP Platforms) to develop and maintain applications, technology, data and integrations roadmaps
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT organization.
Description du profil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any similar qualification or comparable level of professional experience
- At least 5 years' experience working on mid- to large-scale architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and data management
- Knowledge in EA modelling, architectural methodologies and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
- Knowledge of the relevant business domains is a plus
- Experience with mobile & web applications, APIs, microservice architectures and cloud architectures
- Experience with the cloud platforms (Azure), data-driven architectures, ERP (SAP), IIoT, AI or comparable is a plus
- Knowledge in integration patterns and solutions is a plus
- Security skillset is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, moderation and documentation skills
