**Job Description:**

A new position for a * Helicopters Dismantling Manager (m/f) * has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

You will join the * Material support and Logistics department, * and will be part of a team, which has, among its missions, the responsibility to:

* Create a *new source of supply* based on *used helicopters and second-hand parts*.
* *Resolve* customer *backorders and AOG*
* Bring *solution for obsolescence* and erratic parts
* *Reduce waste* at aircraft end-of-life, offset CO2 emissions from manufacturing and *foster reuse and recycling*
* *Support our customers* by proposing alternative *parts with attractive prices*
* Develop *new business* and improve *Customer Satisfaction* and *Loyalty*

* * Manage * *the complete dismantling activity*
* * Manage and develop the dismantling partners network & strategy *
* * Ensure the profitability, limit the costs and minimize the risk * for the Helicopters dismantling and the parts batches get back
* * Ensure * the right execution of* the process and the quality standards application*
* * Support the operations and our customers by * assisting the reconditioned parts E2E Logistics flow and the* used parts procurement *


These missions will be done in cross collaboration with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, the Program Support department, the Finance department and the Legal / E&C service.

* Roles & Responsibilities *

In the frame of previous missions, the R&R are:


* Be the* AH Focal Point *for all the *Helicopters Dismantling*
* * Manage * and update the dismantling TAT with the RETEX to improve the assumptions and rules
* * Follow-up of the profitability * for each dismantling
* * Develop and manage dedicated KPIs * to evaluate business performance and improvements
* * Negotiate the dismantling price * with the partners
* * Monitor and Improve the dismantler performance *
* * Manage contracts * and put in place standards with the support of Legal department
* Set up* dedicated process / governance *for dismantling activity
* * Formalize * the dismantling *process*, integrate it in MyCES and make it more robust
* Perform *Data analysis* to assess business impact before new rules implementation
* * Participate to the identification of the right parts * to get back from dismantled aircraft in accordance with the expressed needs in the Harvest List and the sales RETEX from Parts Trading.


You will work with various stakeholders (MRO Representatives, PSO, Program, Obsolescence team, Legal, Procurement, Front office, S&S Experts, Subsidiaries, warehouse ...).

This role is key to ensure the * Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty * without jeopardizing the * business performance and profitability *.

To be a successful candidate, the following backgrounds will be a plus

* Experience in Airbus Helicopters support & services activities
* Knowledge of HC configuration and MRO
* Knowledge of the contract and legal aspects
* SAP knowledge
